I’ve never been a fan of having my hair cut but Kacie put me at ease and understood what I wanted and how my hair ‘worked’. She layered my hair so that my curls were enhanced and did a beautiful job in styling it after. Will definitely book again and maybe not leave it 6 months!

From green, patchy and damaged hair, to a beautiful, rich, chocolate brown. When I got my hair done at another salon and they turned my hair green, I was devastated. Especially as my 21st birthday was coming up. When I went to urban to get my hair fixed, I was apprehensive due to the bad experience at the last salon but Kacie reassured me throughout and worked wonders on my hair and completely transformed it. My hair feels healthy and soft, and the rich, chocolate brown is beautiful. I truly believe that Kacie performs miracles! The salon staff are kind and professional and made me feel so comfortable and i am absolutely in love with the results of my hair. Thank you so much!!

I had an appointment today with my mum and the woman who did our hair was really really lovely!! Kept the chat going which was lovely. Offered us tea to start with and made us feel welcome. I haven’t had someone made me feel like she did today about my hair for soo soo long and as a mum who doesn’t look after myself today was just what I needed. I will 100% be booking back in with the woman who did my hair sorry I didn’t get her name but the woman with auburn hair. Please send thankyous to her way for making two mums feel amazing :)
